Paul Heuerman is from Southern Illinois. Came to work for us in 2022. He has 36 years of operating experience! When he's not pulling handles he really enjoys spending time with his grandkids at the river!
Wesley manders
Operator
Wesley Manders is from central Wisconsin. He came on with us in 2024. He has 14 years of experience in heavy machinery. When he's not working he enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with loved ones.
Derek Westbay
Operator
Derek westbay is from central Wisconsin. He came on to work with us in 2024. He has 22 years of experience operating various pieces of equipment! When he's not working he really enjoys spending time with his kiddos doing various outdoor activities!
Marty Bates
Operator/ Forman
Marty Bates is from Eastern Kentucky. He came on with us in 2025. He has 30 years experience with heavy equipment. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with loved ones.
Clint Kemper
Operator
Clint Kemper is from Southern Illinois. He came on with us in 2025. He has over 10 years of experience in equipment. When he's not working he loves to do outdoor activities with his daughters.
Sydney Finke
Social Media
Sydney is from Central Illinois and doubles as our photographer and social media manager. She came on with us in 2026, but has 8 years of experience in marketing and managing her personal photography business. When she’s not behind the lens or the computer, you can find her running between sports and school activities with her kids
